  • Top 1% of All CENTURY 21 Agents Nationwide! Again in 2013! Year-After-Year! I’ve earned 23 Centurion Awards. More than any other Century 21 Agent in Santa Cruz. Over 18 million sold in 2005! I'm still winning awards, year after year, even in these changing markets!
  • Inducted into coveted Century 21 Centurion Hall of Fame in 2003!
  • Constantly educating myself to stay current with new legislation, contract changes and strategies to protect my buyers & sellers. Earned Professional negotiations Designation in 2009. Some of my other designations include GRI, American’s Most Referred, E-pro and California REALTORS Director. 
  • S.C. Association of REALTORS participation: Past President Elect of Board of Directors, Strategic Planning Chairman, Budget & Finance, Grievance Committee, Can Tree and more. Current Co-Chair Professional Standards committee, and I teach the Code of Ethics to new agents during board orientation. Awarded Community Service Award by Santa Cruz Association of Realtors in 2001 for my volunteer efforts at Second Harvest Food Bank, Conflict Resolution Center, and Rising International Board of Directors.

Scholarly

Graduated from local Harbor High School. Graduated Magna cum Laude from San Jose State University with a teaching credential. Prior to starting my real estate career, I taught in the local Soquel Elementary School District for six years. My last assignment was teaching gifted 7th graders English and social studies at New Brighton Middle School. I also taught journalism and cheerleaders.

 

Personal Information

I’ve lived in Santa Cruz County since age 10. Currently I call Corralitos home, living with my fiancée Mark and my dog Boo. Our friends affectionately call our home the Mexican Winery. My dog, Boo, has five acres to roam.

My success is directly tied to your success!  I Always use the “Golden Rule”: Treat others, as I would want to be treated.  The highest compliment I receive is repeat and referral business!  Over 85% of my business comes from these sources.  :)
